Meets/resolves customer demands and issues through smooth communication
Solves problems through smooth communication with internal/external resources and ensures the best translation quality
Increases efficiency by always thinking about where improvement is most needed
Linguist
Edits documents translated by freelancers
Edits documents meticulously to always deliver the best quality
Actively responds to customer quality evaluations as a means of collaboration
Provides continuous feedback to freelancers as a means of mutual collaboration for quality improvement
Quality Inspector
Continuously evaluates the quality of delivered products and provides feedback to internal/external resources to ensure the best translation quality
